When you reply to an email, create a new email or forward an email, Reply Assistant will automatically insert one of the default templates into the email.

For each of the 3 cases (reply, new mail, forward) you can select separate default template (or the same, which is the default).


That way you can define individual templates to be used when you reply, forward or create a new email.


If you use the features Reply with Template or New Email from Template the default templates will not be used but insted the templates you created in the Reply or New Email menu.
